The Best Children's Books #2

Zoomer by Ned Young
By the title I initially thought this was a book about a really fast dog. Not so, but he is a ridiculously talented one. Zoomer is everything that comprises a little boys wild imagination. The writing is very creative and original. The illustrations are probably among the best I've seen ever (and I've seen a lot of illustrations). It's part of my job to hire illustrators and I'm guessing I could never afford this hugely talented guy. Whoever set the type could have avoided a few tangents but I'm just picking now. It's a a must have for a little boy or girls library.
